Kyoto Dew Matcha

Iced Matcha with Maple Butter Cold Foam

Ingredients:  

1 tsp Kyoto Dew Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder 

1/4 Cup 175° Water

3 Tablespoons Whipping Cream

1/2 Cup Almond Milk, Plus 2 Tablespoons for Cold Foam 

1 Tablespoon Trader Joe's Maple Butter 

Ice

 

Instructions:

  • Make cold foam by using an electric frother to whisk 3 tablespoons whipping cream, 2 tablespoons almond milk, and 1 tablespoon TJ's maple butter and set aside.

  •  Make a matcha shot by whisking 1 teaspoon Kyoto Dew Matcha Powder with 1/4 cup hot water and set aside.

  •  Fill a tall glass with ice. 

  •  Add 1/2 cup almond milk to glass. 

  •  Add matcha shot. 

  •  Pour cold foam on top.

  •  Stir and enjoy.
