Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Milk of choice plus 2 Tablespoons for Cold Foam
3 Tablespoons Whipping Cream
1 Tablespoon Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder
1 Tablespoon Cherry Blossom Syrup
Instructions:
Make a matcha shot by whisking Kyoto Dew Matcha Powder with hot water and set aside.
Make cold foam by using an electric handheld milk frother to mix 2 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons whipping cream, 1 tablespoon strawberry powder and 1 tablespoon cherry blossom syrup. Set aside.
Add a generous scoop of ice to glass.
Add 1/2 cup milk to glass.
Add matcha shot.
Pour cold foam over the top and enjoy.
